You should use airport bus or airport taxi to go to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport from Hangzhou city center. If you will stay in the city for a long time, you may also rent a car. As the distance between the airport and the city is 27 km, your transportation between two points will not take much time and the amount you need to pay will be reasonable.
Bus

You can buy bus ticket from Wulinmen CAAC ticket office that is next to the KFC located in the west of Wulin Square.
