Another transportation alternative to get to the city center from Batumi Airport is by bus. Buses are very affordable and get to the city center in about 20 minutes. Those who are traveling to Hopa, Turkey can take the Havaş shuttle buses. Havaş shuttle buses provide services for every plane that lands at Batumi Airport. Havaş shuttle buses depart for Hopa, Turkey 25 minutes after the flight has landed. The total trip takes about 45 minutes; you pass through the Sarp border and get dropped off at the Hopa Port.
